Job Description: Project Manager

Experience: 7+ Years

Job Location: Nr. Iskcon Mega Mall, SG Highway, Ahmedabad (WFO Only)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM), responsible for owning projects from start to finish. This role would involve managing the client relationship from an initial discovery process, through solution design and delivery, ensuring that deliverables are high-quality, optimally solve the client’s problems, and are delivered on time and on budget. The PM’s goal is to ensure that the end-to-end experience of working exceeds the client’s expectations.

What you will be doing:

• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders involved to determine and document the scope of the project.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare estimations for the project.
• Create project plans from the scope of work after collaborating with the internal team. 
• Regular management of tasks, allocation, prioritization and due dates for smooth execution of the project.
• Plan and execute daily scrum across multiple projects.
• Track project plans to ensure milestones are met on a consistent basis.
• Ensuring the requirement documentation is created properly and managed.
• Communicate project status with management, team members, and other stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan. 
• Manage changes to the scope, schedule, costs, and timelines for the project.
• Prepare for and facilitate client meetings
• Facilitate clear communication as a single point of contact from the client to the team. 
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Participate in project retrospectives and work closely with the management team to regularly improve protocols and processes.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in an IT Service company with exposure to managing multiple International Projects at a time. .
• Technical Educational background is a must; B.E/BTech. 
• Excellent communicator. You must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Skilled in project management and decision making.
• Experience with Agile process and methods.
• Experience in working closely with multiple stakeholders like Designers, Developers, QA Leaders, etc. 
• Ability to collaborate and work with people from different backgrounds/skillset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications. Experience working with project management tools like JIRA/ Asana / Click Up / Trello
• Requires very little direction.

experience: 5+ year in Building material or manufacturing

The QC Engineer is responsible for maintaining the quality of products and production processes in a manufacturing unit. The individual will perform a range of quality control functions such as inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, testing finished products, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement continuous quality improvements.

Job Duties :

• ? Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• ? Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• ? Document test results, analyze findings, and initiate timely corrective actions when necessary.

• ? Participate in and support internal and external quality audits, providing necessary documentation.
• ? Maintain and update QC documentation, such as inspection checklists, reports, and records.
• ? Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified quality issues.
• ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrent quality problems through preventive measures.
• ? Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented CAPA actions to ensure continuous improvement.
• ? Ensure that all testing tools, measuring equipment, and QC instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
• ? Oversee the scheduling and execution of regular maintenance for QC equipment to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
• ? Lead and manage quality improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.
• ? Implement continuous improvement strategies focused on reducing defects and improving product quality.
• ? Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in quality control.
• ? Provide ongoing training to staff on quality control procedures, testing methods, and inspection techniques.
• ? Promote a culture of quality awareness across the manufacturing plant, ensuring all staff adhere to best practices.

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).
• Min 5 years of experience in QC or QA within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with quality systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Proficient in QC tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Familiarity with SPC, root cause analysis, and quality software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

KRA

• Ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products through rigorous inspection and testing, documenting results and initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor production processes to identify risks and implement preventive measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols.
