Job Description – Software Tester (Manual Testing)

We are hiring a Software Tester (Manual Testing) with experience in the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing and a strong understanding of banking, insurance, or financial services.

• 2–5 years of experience in Manual Testing.
• Mandatory experience in the BFSI domain (Banking/Finance/Insurance).
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect tracking.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Understanding of interest calculations and basic financial concepts.
• Ability to prepare and execute test cases and report defects effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Work Location: Andheri (Marol Naka) – Candidates should be comfortable commuting to the office. 

Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software as per customer requirements.

2) Update and revise drawings as per design changes.

3) Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of drawings and documentation.

4) Maintain proper drawing records, version control, and file organization.

5) Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with manufacturing standards.

6) Support senior draughtsmen or engineers in day-to-day design and documentation tasks.

Skills Required:

1) Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD design software.

2) Strong understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

3) Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for driving sales of Flight, Hotel, and Holiday bookings by making outbound calls to travel agents, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and quoting to final payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:

• Initiate outbound calls to travel agents to generate sales leads for company offerings (Flight, Hotel, & Holidays).
• Actively cold call business owners and utilize referrals, direct mail, email, and networking to develop a database of qualified leads.

1. Sales and Quoting:

• Listen to customer (travel agent) requirements and present product/service information appropriately to close the sale.
• Ensure that price quotes are sent promptly to all qualified leads.

1. Follow-up and Payment:

• Conduct timely follow-ups with travel agents after quotes have been sent.
• Manage payment follow-ups and ensure all payments are secured before the travel dates.

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Source and develop strong client relationships and referrals.
• Maintain the customer database by inputting customer profiles, updates, and preparing monthly reports.
