Brief Description:

As a Business Systems Analyst working at NonStop io, you will analyze and define system requirements to support the software products in the clinical genetics domain area. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Essential Functions:

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements in the healthcare domain

● Develop clear and detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and workflows

● Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance healthcare systems and processes

● Work closely with development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Roles & Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate with clients to understand and analyze the requirements and scope of the project.

Independently take responsibility for project deliverables.
