Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite & Salesforce professional with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting business solutions across NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, business process understanding, and integration experience to support enterprise-level applications and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and configure NetSuite ERP modules, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain SuiteScripts (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk integrations, and custom records.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and Lightning components.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) where required.
- Design and implement integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and deployment processes.

- Knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, or Procurement
- Experience in NetSuite integrations and data migration
Salesforce
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Development
- Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components/LWC
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and deployment tools
General Technical Skills
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of integration platforms like Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar is preferred
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications
