Responsibilities: - Planning and executing digital marketing initiatives which includes email marketing, SEO, SMO, SEM, content marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing - Building and managing digital marketing team and leading the community building exercise - Developing social media strategies, innovative and creative ideas and solutions that deliver measurable results - Deliver regular feedback, analysis and reporting to demonstrate how social media initiatives are adding value - Monitor relevant trends and competitor behaviour and derive useful insights Identity social media tools that can benefit the company and implement where appropriate Must haves: - Sincere love for travel - Excellent content development skills - Excellent leadership skills and ability to handle a team - Experience in digital and social media marketing - Imagination and the ability to effectively express it About ToRoots: ToRoots is an early stage angel funded startup.
