Sr. Manager / Manager – Sales (PCR / EPR)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Professional to drive business development and partnerships in the sustainability domain. The role focuses on Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastics and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance solutions, engaging with leading FMCG, packaging, textiles, and manufacturing companies.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Identify and acquire new B2B clients across FMCG, consumer goods, packaging, textiles, and industrial sectors.

🔹 Drive sales of PCR plastics and sustainable packaging solutions.

🔹 Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales & margin targets.

🔹 Build and expand partnerships for EPR compliance services (collection, recycling, documentation).

🔹 Support clients in meeting EPR targets with end-to-end solutions (collection, recycling, certification, reporting).

🔹 Develop and execute marketing & branding campaigns to promote sustainable solutions.

🔹 Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums, and sustainability events.

🔹 Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Graduate in Business, Marketing, Environmental Sciences, or Engineering (MBA preferred).

✅ 5–10 years of sales/marketing experience in recycling, plastics, packaging, or sustainability sectors.

✅ Strong knowledge of EPR regulations, PCR plastics, and compliance frameworks.

✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building corporate relationships.

Skills Required

Strong Forward Deployed Product Manager Profile with robust exposure to client facing delivery

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 4+ years of total experience, including at least 1+ year of experience as a Product Manager/Forward Deployed Product Manager at Sprinklr (previously, not currently employed there), along with recent experience in a Tech consulting company as a Forward Deployed Product Manager, working closely with clients in an onsite or customer-facing capacity

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have a strong track record of client-facing delivery, having run implementations or deployments for large enterprise customers

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have experience running discovery workshops, demos, solution reviews, and go-lives with enterprise stakeholders from process owners up to CXO level

Mandatory (Tech skill 1) - Must be comfortable getting hands-on — able to read API docs, model data flows, write SQL, and reason about system integrations.

Mandatory ( Skill 1): Must have experience working closely with designers, engineers, testers and other stakeholders

Mandatory (Skill 2) - Must have a bias to build, with comfort in ambiguity and evolving scope

Mandatory (Company) - Should be an Ex-Sprinklr employee, currently working with IT Services/Tech Consulting companies

Mandatory (Note): Candidate should be open to relocate to other cities based on the client requirements as needed

Required Skills:-

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing (Manual & Automation).
• Strong experience with Selenium or Playwright.
• Hands-on experience in API Testing (Postman, REST Assured, Swagger, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Strong understanding of Functional, Regression, and Non-functional Testing.
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills.

AI-Specific Skills

• Hands-on experience in GenAI / AI Testing.
• Experience testing LLM-based applications.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and prompt validation.
• Knowledge of LLM behavior, model variability, and non-deterministic outputs.
• Experience validating AI outputs for accuracy, hallucinations, bias, and safety.
• Test data management for AI applications.
• Understanding of Responsible AI testing concepts.

Job Requirements 

Required Experience 

5–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps, release engineering, or deployment 

management. 

Strong expertise in Salesforce deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines. 

Significant hands-on experience with at least two of the following tools: Gearset, Copado, 

Flosum. 

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, and development lifecycle. 

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies. 

Key Responsibilities 

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using Gearset, 

Copado, or Flosum. 

Automate and optimize deployment processes to ensure efficient, reliable, and repeatable 

releases across Salesforce environments. 

Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to gather requirements and ensure 

alignment of deployment strategies. 

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment and release issues. 

Maintain documentation for deployment processes and provide training on best practices. 

Stay updated on the latest Salesforce DevOps tools, features, and best practices. 

Technical Skills

• Good experience on leveraging APM tools to provide deep dive analysis on performance problems. Deep understanding of the dashboards which can be built for CIO level interactions. Must have relevant experience on APM tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics. 
• Experience in performance optimization of J2EE systems on any of different types of application servers - WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss etc. Deep expertise in any one of the application servers is a must.
• Experience in creating and reviewing technical documents like Architecture blueprint, Design specifications, Deployment architecture.
• Experience on working on Performance Testing Projects. Fair understanding of Performance Testing tools - Apache JMeter /Gatling/ HP Load Runner for Load testing. Must be in a position to review Performance Testing programs and steer directions towards right Workload Model, appropriate Test and Monitoring Strategy, build performance models and derive at right Capacity Planning. 
• Experience in Big Data Analytics like - Apache Kafka, Apache Storm, Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark.
• Good skills in RDBMS like: Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL, Cassandra, and Mongo DB 
• Exposure to Agile methodologies & Continuous Integration Tools 
• Entrepreneur / Intrapreneur (someone who has built technology teams ground-up, built new solutions from scratch) 
• Very sound understanding of technology and have a consultative approach. 
• Sound understanding of complex enterprise IT environment and issues faced by CIOs in the digital era.
