Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of software/technology products for enterprise customers.
• Own implementation projects from initial requirements gathering and planning through UAT, deployment, and customer go-live.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear implementation plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary project/implementation point of contact for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and other internal teams to resolve dependencies, issues, and implementation blockers.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide executive-level updates and reporting to customers and internal leadership.
• Engage directly with C-level executives, Directors, VPs, and other senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic, long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
• Ensure successful UAT, deployment, adoption, and transition to the relevant post-go-live/customer success teams.
• Proactively identify risks and challenges and drive them to resolution.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with experience in building secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications for eLearning or fintech platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-tenant dashboards, role-based access control, and API integrations, with a proactive, go-getter mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain multi-tenant dashboards with role-based access control (RBAC) and hierarchical permission models.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and session management across different user tiers, ensuring secure handling of credentials and sensitive data.
• Integrate LMS systems, third-party APIs, and fintech services while maintaining data integrity and security.
• Ensure secure hosting, multi-layered application protection, and adherence to IT standards and best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content developers, and project managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven full-stack development experience with technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, hosting, cloud services, and secure deployment practices.

• Delivering projects on time based on roadmap requirements

The Role:

The Engineering Manager (MandateHQ) is a critical engineering leadership role responsible for building & leading the MandateHQ product by leveraging a strong cross-functional team of iZealiant and Razorpay leadership. Pune is being developed as the second largest strategic development centre for Razorpay after Bangalore and will be home to all Banking products and services under the Razorpay umbrella.
