Job Description

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators

     Requirements

Knowledge / Experience

· 7+ years of experience in SAP MM functional consulting with strong domain expertise in procurement processes.

· Hands-on experience in SAP MM and SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration implementation, configuration, and support.

· Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration end-to-end processes.

· Proven experience working with Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Verification (IV), ASN processing, and supplier collaboration workflows.

· Experience working in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments with knowledge of end-to-end procurement cycles.

· Good understanding of EDI, IDocs, APIs, and supplier integration mechanisms across SAP landscapes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Database Administrator is responsible for the physical design development

administration and optimization of properly engineered database systems to meet agreed

business and technical requirements.

The candidate will work as part of but not limited to the Onsite/Offsite DBA

group-Administration and management of databases in Dev Stage and Production

environments

Performance tuning of database schema stored procedures etc.

Providing technical input on the setup configuration of database servers and SAN disk

subsystem on all database servers.

Troubleshooting and handling all database related issues and tracking them through to

resolution.

Pro-active monitoring of databases both from a performance and capacity management

We are looking for a talented Java Developer to work in abroad countries. You will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions, working on both server-side components and integrations, and ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
