Key Responsibilities


1. Social Media Management

  • Manage Nimuki's Instagram account end-to-end.
  • Post content, Stories, Reels, captions, hashtags, and respond to DMs.
  • Follow the content calendar created with the Creative Director.
  • Reply to comments and messages on the same day.
  • Track performance such as reach, shares, saves, and engagement.
  • Suggest new content ideas and trends that fit the brand.

2. Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Find and connect with mommy bloggers and parent creators, mainly in Kolkata.
  • Reach out, negotiate, and manage gifting and affiliate collaborations.
  • Explain Nimuki's brand story and guidelines to creators.

3. WhatsApp Community Management
