Project Planning:
· To manage detailed project reports and project execution plans after thorough discussion with Contractors Supervisor and Project Manager
· To establish time span of project execution as per requirement.
· To generate progress reports, monitor project status, cost and time reconciliation.
· To understand AutoCAD Drawings; coordinate with Consultants and Contractors for changes in the same.
Site?& Construction?Management?
· To supervise all construction activities, providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site?management?activities.
· To coordinate with Contractors, monitor their performance in view of project schedule. Settle all techno commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.
· To conduct Quality / Safety Audits to ensure adherence to Quality and Safety norms across the entire course of project execution.
Quantity Surveying/Contract?Management?& Tendering?
· To prepare Estimates, Bill of Quantities, Material Take Off, Estimation of Resources, and Productivity data, Preparation & Submission of Bills, Processing of Contractors Bills.
· To manage contractual correspondence, raise and settle contractual claims with respect to cost and time.
· To prepare Tender / Contract documents for various work items including contractual terms and conditions, technical specifications and commercial terms.
Project Control?
· To prepare master schedules for all projects including Resource Schedules, Execution methodologies, Milestones, Cash Flow projections and Budgets.
· To prepare and monitor resource requirements based on the budgetary parameters, make changes in the same as per revised schedules and budgets.
· To ensure the smooth functioning of the project in terms of quality, time, cost; including Quantity Surveying and Billing of the project.
· To track and control cost accruals based with respect to budgets.
