Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 8+ years of experience in business development, with strong D2C exposure

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience managing multi-branch or district-level operations with ownership of revenue growth and execution

Mandatory (D2C Exposure): Must have at least 2 years of experience in D2C sales industry, candidates purely from EPC, project-only or channel-only roles should be avoided

Mandatory (Business Ownership): Must have exposure to branch-level revenue ownership, P&L and market expansion responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Founder’s Office Associate at LPG Guru, you will work directly with the founding team to drive strategic initiatives across product, operations, and partnerships. You will be at the intersection of technology, business, and LPG distribution, helping streamline our product adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will design & build property and casualty Insurance product using Duck Creek tool • Document technical / solution approach

• Will perform Coding, Unit Testing and Code Review In Duck Creek platform • Coach and help team members for their delivery Technical Expertise
