Job Title: Oracle Fusion Developer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Strong expertise in at least two core modules:
• HRMS – Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence
• Finance – GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
• Procurement – Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Purchasing
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and security model.
• Strong knowledge of Fusion BI (OTBI, BIP) for reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.

·        Identify and engage prospective tenants through networking, cold calling, and referrals, while building strong relationships, following up consistently, and converting leads into successful tenancies.

·        Coordinate and arrange showings/tours of Applicants with Property Managers.

·        Screen Applicants through background and credit checks.

·        Ensure closure – Conduct additional follow-ups if needed. Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and prepare leasing documents. Coordinate move-in dates, materials and other processes. Collect rent, security deposits and application fees.  

·        Build and maintain good relationship and strong rapport with current tenants. 

·        Stay up to date with current market/industry trends and with the competition. Provide information on properties to Management.

·        Attain Sales Goals/Targets (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) and ensure regular reports to Management.

·        Attend to administrative duties – Maintain records and manage lease renewals. Prepare, organize and implement sales and marketing projects and activities. Ensure proper documentation/record-keeping and logistical support. 

Position overview: Will appoint, manage & expands with channel partners in the assigned areas like HR firm, CA firm, Software providers, management consultants, access control vendors etc. based on geographies. He/she will be responsible for achieving targets, profitability and partner recruitment objective.

Job Description:

Role / Purpose - Lead Developer - API and Microservices

Must have a strong hands-on development track record building integration utilizing a variety of integration products, tools, protocols, technologies, and patterns.

• Must have an in-depth understanding of SOA/EAI/ESB concepts, SOA Governance, Event-Driven Architecture, message-based architectures, file sharing, and exchange platforms, data virtualization and caching strategies, J2EE design patterns, frameworks
• Should possess experience with at least one of middleware technologies (Application Servers, BPMS, BRMS, ESB & Message Brokers), Programming languages (e.g. Java/J2EE, JavaScript, COBOL, C), Operating Systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, MVS), and Databases (DB2, MySQL, No SQL Databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.)
• Must have experience implementing API Service architectures (SOAP, REST) using any of the market-leading API Management tools such as Apigee and frameworks such as Spring Boot for Microservices
• Should have Advanced skills in implementing API Service architectures (SOAP, REST) using any of the market-leading API Management tools such as Apigee or similar frameworks such as Spring Boot for Microservices 
• Appetite to manage large-scale projects and multiple tracks
•  Experience and knowhow of the e-commerce domain and retail experience are preferred
•  Good communication & people managerial skills

Expertise in implementation of Android Software Download/Updates                               

Embedded systems constraints, identification of root causes/debugging issues through SW development life cycle.                          

Embedded SW development process (full V-cycle).                         

A SPICE and Agile (SCRUM, KanBan) methodologies                              

SW Tool administration (e.g. Doors, GIT, EA) and Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) knowledge.                                   

ISO26262 standard and defensive programming                               

Knowledge of cyber security and HSM sub system.                         

High capacity of synthesis for technical planning issues.                             

Problem solving attitude.                              

As our Full Stack Engineer, you will be developing fast, reliable and scalable web applications while taking responsibility for shipping core backend features.

9. Experience in functional, L& P and security testing
