ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Technical Account Manager who is passionate about emerging technology and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our global supply team, you will be pivotal in engaging with both prospective and existing clients, particularly with top endemic publisher accounts in the AdTech/Pharma Tech sectors, support the onboarding process, helping customers gain maximum value from our solutions.
- Account management: build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the onboarding and post-implementation phases
- Onboarding & implementation: support technical onboarding for new clients, managing integrations and ensuring clients are set up for success from day one
- Ongoing client support: act as the primary technical contact for key accounts, troubleshooting issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to drive client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct live demos: present our solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing unique benefits and features, and tailor demos for varying audience levels, with a focus on endemic and top publisher accounts
- Cross-functional collaboration: identify client needs and customise demo experiences for prospective and new clients, ensuring alignment with their goals, particularly with top publisher accounts
- Feedback & reporting: gather insights from client interactions to inform product development. Regularly report on account health, demo success, and product feedback, helping share future enhancement
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Total experience 8+ Yrs
- 8+ years of experience as a technical account manager, publisher ops role or similar role, with experience in the AdTech, digital media, programmatic advertising space
- Strong hands-on expertise working with top SSP platforms and publisher accounts
- Strong understanding of programmatic technology, SSPs, and the AdTech ecosystem, comfortable explaining technical concepts in clear, accessible language
- Skilled in building and nurturing client relationships, with a strong commitment to costumer success and satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet, solve technical issues in real time, and effectively address client concerns
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt content to client needs

ROLES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
The Ad Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by securing advertising partnerships. This role involves acquiring new clients, developing relationships with key clients, crafting impactful ad strategies, and leveraging insights to deliver value-driven advertising solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from scratch—sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads.
- Design and implement a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for tracking and managing sales activity and funnel performance.
- Develop customized média proposals and pitches based on client objectives and budget.

A Technical Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives on behalf of company with all publisher partners. He/She will ensure that projects are managed and completed to specification, within an established time frame. He/She will represent company as expert regarding technology concerns raised by partners. Individuals who work well in a collaborative environment and pay meticulous attention to detail tend to excel in the position of Technical Project Manager. Preferably have experience of working with SSP/ DSP.
Responsibilities
• Support Manager/Director in owning and developing strong relationships with the partners and key stakeholders at all levels
• Manage partner onboarding and implementation process including product, channel and partner activation, campaign launches, and ad-hoc projects
• Coordinate resource management and allocation and control activities across teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on budget
• Serve as the main point of contact for delivery and activation questions from the partner and issue resolution as needed. (i.e. communication and expectation setting, raising tickets)
• Understand and communicate relevant new products, features, and capabilities as they become available and ensure successful deployment and activation with your partners
• Lead Client Training (facilitating training programs, if required along with Directors)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of work experience
- Understanding of adtech platforms and ideally have had hands on exposure with a DSP & SSP
- Experience with marketing campaign design, campaign management, and analysis preferred
- Diligent work ethic. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
- Collaborative mindset - able to partner with partners externally
- Strong customer facing communication skills, both written and verbal
