JOB DESCRIPTION – PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage campaigns for e-commerce websites, including product-based advertising, lead generation, conversions, and revenue-focused campaigns.
• Develop and implement paid advertising strategies based on campaign objectives, target audience, budget, and business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and overall ROI.
• Handle multiple client accounts and manage campaigns across different industries and business requirements.
• Independently manage assigned projects as well as collaborate effectively with the performance marketing team.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, ad copy testing, and campaign structuring.
• Create and manage different campaign types across Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
• Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns, including prospecting, retargeting, catalog/product ads, and conversion campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with content, design, SEO, and development teams to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, features, policies, and best practices in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital advertising.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience working with both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience working with e-commerce websites and performance marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
• Experience handling multiple clients/accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to independently manage projects from campaign planning and execution to optimization and reporting.
• Experience working both individually and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify growth opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and other relevant marketing tools is preferred.
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPL, and conversion rate.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
