Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (Classic to Lightning Migration)

Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead AvalonBay’s transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. This role is responsible for designing scalable, user-friendly solutions using native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a unified associate experience across resident services and call center teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.

In this role, you will be the technical anchor for the firmware squad, responsible for translating high-level architectural visions into robust, executable low-level designs (LLD). Primary skills:
