This person MUST have:

• Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Configure and install various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, servers)
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
• Must be good in Linux platform and basic hardware.
• Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Work on ticket portal for ongoing customer queries.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills providing call support to Internal and External End Users.
• Handle customer calls/emails regarding technical issues for end users.
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Linux, drafting for email and tickets, basic understanding of vmware is important.

The company is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (3 - 10 years of experience) to lead and execute creative and compliant packaging designs for our exported pharmaceutical products. This role demands expertise in international packaging regulations, brand consistency, and visual communication for a global market.

Core Responsibility:

Lead all aspects of pharmaceutical packaging design for export, from concept to final artwork, ensuring adherence to diverse international regulatory requirements and brand alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3 - 10 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical packaging design, with exposure to export requirements.
• Strong knowledge of international packaging regulations and guidelines.

• Hands on experience in developing test codes using Python and Pytest frameworks for a minimum of 3 years
• Experience in writing test cases for embedded software for a minimum of 1 years
• Experience with Agile Software Workflows such as Scrum
