Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with 6+ years of experience to join the software development team of a leading Clinical Research organization.

The role involves developing and enhancing enterprise applications, building scalable APIs, and contributing to feature development while ensuring code quality and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8+ and Hibernate.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs using JAX-RS (RestEasy) and Jackson.
• Work with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including complex query writing.
• Develop UI components using JSP and React.js.
• Utilize GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD processes.
• Ensure code quality through SonarQube and SonarLint.
• Work with AWS services including IAM, SNS, SQS, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Note : Candidates should preferably be sourced from organizations within the Grid ecosystem.

• Strong Product Designer profile, with both UI and UX works for B2C Products
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have a 3+ YOE in end-to-end Product Design, including UX work like UX Research, User Persona, Workflows
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others to create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must have a strong portfolio of UI/UX of Good B2C products. Portfolio must show detailed case studies including Wireframing, Prototype, Interaction Design and Visual Designs
• Mandatory (CTC) - The CTC breakup offered will be 80% fixed, and 20% variable, as per Company policy.

• Strong Lead Search Engineer / AI-ML Leader Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have minimum 11+ years of hands-on experience in Search / Information Retrieval / NLP / Machine Learning
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have minimum 9+ YOE in backend development using languages (Python or Java)
• Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have Experience designing taxonomy, ontology, tags, thesaurus, and metadata models
• Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have Experience with Big Data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) for search/ML workloads
• Mandatory (Experience 5) - Must have Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, Spark ML).
• Mandatory (Experience 6) - Must have experience in designing, building, and scaling RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Mandatory (Experience 7) - Must have hands-on experience in statistical tools (Python, R, SAS, or open-source libraries).
• Mandatory (Experience 8) - Must have Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, Cassandra, MongoDB).
• Mandatory (Company) - Product Companies (Preferrably high search volumes companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Zepto, Zomato...etc)

Preferred

• Preferred (Experience) - Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3).
• Preferred (Tools) - Must Hands-on with dev tools: Eclipse, Git, Gradle, Jenkins, Jira, JFrog Artifactory and web servers (Tomcat, Jetty, JBoss).
• Preferred (Education) -BE /B.Tech /M.Tech

Job Overview:

• Prior internship or project experience in HR will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
