Responsibilities & Primary Skills: Quality Analyst (QA): Will closely work with Development team for test cases, test case scenarios, test scripts, and UAT support. Excellent mobile Android App Testing skills (Both Manual and Automation) with at least 1 year experience with automation tools such as Appium, Robotium, UI automaor, etc. Strong website automation testing (At least 1 year) using selenium or similar tools. Business Analyst (BA): Will closely work with another Business Analyst and/or team for requirement elicitation, prepare various documents, diagrams, flows/charts. Excellent knowledge in gathering, analyzing and documenting the requirements efficiently and effectively. Self-motivator. Facilitate the meetings (Brain Storming, Deep dive, debating) with all relevant stake holders for clear, concise requirements, and scope. Explore the ideas in different areas. Prepare BRD, FSD, Mind maps, Wire Frames, Use Cases, UML diagrams, Business Case Analysis, and any relevant documents. Quick in understanding and preparing various documents. Excellent communication skills, language skills in English. Decent Hindi, Telugu languages knowledge are a plus. Excellent presentation skills (seminars, PowerPoint presentations, MS Office) Pleasant personality and professional mindset Secondary Skills/Desirable skills: Report making – knowledge of reporting tools in the market Basic knowledge of testing and SQL. Help team (Development & Testing) to understand the requirements. Info that is required to do a market, competitor and SWOT analysis Experience: At least 1 year in Android App Testing, 1 year in Business Analysis. Over all 2-4 years. Previous experience working for a startup would be an advantage. Project tracking tools – Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and waterfall methods. Education: Bachelor's degree (with MBA preferred). Compensation: Total CTC will be 2-4 Lakhs/Year depends on the experience, skill, knowledge and mindset.
