We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales professional responsible for driving revenue through enterprise-level software sales. The role involves extensive corporate visits, identifying business opportunities, and delivering customized solutions to clients. The candidate will manage large deal cycles and build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Acquire and manage mid-market enterprise accounts.
Conduct consultative discussions to understand operational challenges.
Present customized software solutions aligned with client requirements.
Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Negotiate commercials and close medium-to-large ticket-size deals.
Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Enterprise or B2B Software Sales.
Strong experience in Field Sales and Consultative Selling.
Experience handling medium to large ticket-size deals.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and business units.
End-to-end sales cycle management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Strong business communication and presentation skills.
Solution-selling capability.
Negotiation and account management skills.
Ability to engage with finance heads, directors, and functional leaders.
Pipeline forecasting and revenue planning.
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines is preferred.
Experience in SaaS or Enterprise Software Sales is preferred.
Willingness to travel regionally.

• Advising Affluent clients on their investments and managing their overall financial portfolio whilst deepening the wallet from existing clients
• Responsible for managing HNI clients and acquiring new customers
• To research, investigate and update them on available investment opportunities/financial market trends to determine whether they fit into client's portfolios
Requirements:
• Graduate + MBAs from premier institutes
• Relationship Managers with prior experience in a Broking/Private bank/wealth management setup
• Should be an aggressive, result-oriented & self-motivated professional
• Should have experience in handling HNI Client Acquisitions and Relationship Management & service
• Ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finance
• A thorough understanding of financial markets and the various financial products to identify the best product mix for the client to suit his risk profile
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to generate trust and confidence in clients
• The candidate should be self-driven and aspire to move up the ladder, with the growing organization by building up and leading their own teams independently
