Job Summary
We are looking for an Email Marketing & Data Mining Executive who can generate relevant B2B leads, build and maintain prospect databases, and execute effective email marketing campaigns for our IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and collect relevant B2B leads and prospect data using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other platforms.
- Perform data mining, web research, and lead generation based on defined target industries and profiles.
- Maintain and update accurate databases of prospects, companies, decision-makers, and contact information.
- Create, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Prepare email lists, segment prospects, and monitor campaign performance.
- Track open rates, click rates, bounce rates, and responses.
- Follow up with prospects and coordinate with the BDE/Sales team for qualified leads.
- Ensure data accuracy, email validation, and proper database management.
- Research competitors, industries, and potential target accounts.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Email Marketing & Lead Generation
- Experience in Data Mining / Web Research
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Google search
- Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Snov.io, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to research and identify the right target audience
- Strong attention to detail
Good to Have
- Experience in IT/Software B2B lead generation
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms and campaign analytics
