Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Accountant with 2–3 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP (Accounting Module). The ideal candidate should have worked on both Odoo and Tally, with strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial reporting, and ERP-based accounting operations.
🔧 What We’re Looking For
#Key_Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using the Odoo Accounting module.
- Record and maintain sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare GST workings, TDS entries, and statutory compliance records.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Generate financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
- Work on Tally for accounting operations wherever required.

- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP (Accounting Module) is mandatory.
- Experience working with both Odoo and Tally is essential.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other analytical functions.
