We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager/General Mana
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily offices/residences/ bungalows operations, drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front office management, team leadership, and cost control, with a proven ability to implement strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Maintain operational efficiency while adhering to brand standards and SOPs.
Guest Experience & Satisfaction
- Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction scores through proactive service recovery and personalized guest relations.
- Handle VIP guest arrangements and special requests.
Revenue & Budget Management
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
- Drive revenue through upselling, inventory management, and cost control measures.
- Monitor departmental expenses, vendor contracts, and inventory levels.
Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, mentor, and train front-line staff and supervisors to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify skill gaps for training interventions.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
Event Coordination & Banquet Support
- Coordinate events teams to ensure successful execution of banquets, conferences, and adventure activities (if applicable).
- Ensure timely setup, staffing, and service delivery for all group events.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role (e.g., Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (or equivalent).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting
