Strategic Vendor Alliance – AWS Practice Lead and Overall P&L owner for India Business and Drive Profitability.

A) Managing the AWS Practice for Clients and executing the strategic business plan for the company and channel partners ecosystem with regards to different Services of AWS.

B) Built key relationships with various segment leaders in AWS from the Commercial and Public Sector and create Client led AWS Solutions for Partners to make simplifying cloud approach for customers.

C) Building a predictable pipeline of joint opportunities via differentiated proposition to the customers and Partners by working with AWS on a unique offerings specifically to Client.

D) Drive SMB focus approach for AWS which contributes 50%of Clients overall Business using ready to use cloud bundles for various workloads

E) Own the relationship map, drive and monitor cadence meetings, both with Internal Sellers and Channel Partners measured by different parameters on Incremental growth ,customer acquisition, partners onboarding, Manage Services led approach ,migration and deployment ,success of each GTM

F) Lead a Team of Product Mangers (who will drive specific GTM like SAP on AWS , SMB Scale Drive, Education focus,Cloud Front Drive- CDN bundle , Strategic Workloads like Microsoft Workload,DC Migration ,DR on Cloud)

G) Managing Partner Profitability metrics by creating various different avenues from recurring resale consumption and services led engagement for partners.

H) Worked on Long Term direction of the company business plan to drive Incremental Growth.

I)Collaborate with internal peers within the company to build cloud business model,how to attach manage services to various services of the Hyperscaler in building the framework.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure on AWS, while utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and Argo CD for containerization and deployment. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth software releases, scalability, and reliability of our systems. Also, you will be working on Airflow and Spark configurations for Data pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and Lambda.
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and configuration of AWS resources.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of the system.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient software releases, including version control, branching strategies, and release management.
• Implement and maintain robust security practices, including access control, network security, and data encryption.
• Automate manual tasks and processes using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a focus on AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Argo CD.
• Strong experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, including services like EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and Lambda.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline setup and management using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and experience with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex infrastructure and application issues.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, ELK stack, or Prometheus/Grafana.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and experience with AWS Lambda.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in cloud infrastructure.

Strong Head of Engineering / Engineering Director / VP Engineering Profiles.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have minimum 15+ years of overall experience in software engineering roles

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have minimum 8+ years of experience in senior engineering leadership roles (Head of Engineering, Director, Engineering Manager, or equivalent)

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong hands-on proficiency in .NET, Python, and Node.js, with the ability to guide teams on coding standards and best practices

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have solid experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have strong understanding of system architecture principles, scalable system design, and hands-on experience with design patterns such as DDD and CQRS

Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have hands-on experience building and scaling cloud-native microservices, preferably on Azure, with strong exposure to Docker and Kubernetes

• Development of a Single Page Application (SPA) and it's components in Typescript: deployed and optimized for progressive mobile and browsers using Angular 2 and Ionic 2 frameworks.
• Creating custom, general use modules and smart components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular framework.
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in Typescript and using responsive HTML and CSS.
• Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts.
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Should have experience with CSS 3, SCSS, Java script and HTML5.
