ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web and desktop applications using .NET

technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications using .NET Framework and .NET

Core technologies.

• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web

API.

• Develop and optimize data access layers using Entity Framework and interact with SQL Server

or other relational databases.

• Implement responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern

frameworks like Angular or React.

• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness for web applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and other developers

throughout the SDLC.

• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET application development.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET development.

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web API.

• Proficiency in Entity Framework and SQL Server or other relational databases.

• Solid front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Angular or

React.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

6 to 12 years of HR experience covering both strategic and operational HR

Proven experience scaling HR for multi-location / multi-state teams in fast-paced environments

End-to-end recruitment ownership (full-time, contractual, campus, interns)

Hands-on expertise in PMS (goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles)

Experience managing HR operations (onboarding, exits, payroll coordination, vendors)

Proficiency in HRIS/ATS, HR digitisation & people analytics/reporting

Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership partnering

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Psychology (MBA preferred)

Fluency in English & Hindi and willingness to travel

Role & responsibilities

• Develop engaging and informative content for the solar market, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Research and understand target audiences to tailor content accordingly. Ability to draft content for different mediums is a bonus. 
• Work collaboratively with the operations team, sales and marketing team, and other team members to get all aspects of solar covered in content.

Skills, Responsibilities & Requirements:

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include: 

Ship product, independently and/or as part of a small team 

Collaborate with other engineers to build new features

You Should Have: 

A strong body of prior front end work, including significant projects written in JavaScript. Mastery of JavaScript; expertise in most of the following technologies, and proficiency in all of them: jQuery, CSS, HTML5, AJAX.
