About the Role
We are looking for a Services-focused Sales Specialist to drive enterprise adoption of Day2Work — our AI-driven Day-2 Network Operations model.
This role is not product selling. This role requires deep understanding of Managed Services, NOC environments, and consultative enterprise selling.
You will work closely with the Day2 Business Leader to build pipeline, engage enterprise accounts, and convert structured operational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive enterprise sales conversations around Day-2 operational maturity
• Position AI-enabled NOC model vs traditional MSP models
• Engage CIOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure leaders
• Identify multi-site and distributed enterprise opportunities
• Build and manage services sales pipeline
• Support RFP responses and commercial structuring
• Coordinate technical demos and workshops
• Work closely with delivery teams for solution alignment
• Drive multi-year managed services contracts
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5–10 years in Services Sales / Managed Services / Infrastructure Sales
• Experience selling NOC / Managed Services offerings
• Exposure to enterprise networking environments (Wireless, Switching, Firewall, WAN)
• Understanding of ITIL / operational governance concepts
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
• Experience engaging enterprise decision-makers

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive inside sales operations for the South India territory.
- Generate and qualify sales leads within the Indian market.
- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers to understand business requirements and position relevant IT solutions.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
- Work closely with field sales and pre-sales teams to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline status, and forecasting in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required Industry Exposure:
Experience selling IT solutions or services to one or more of the following verticals:

- BFSI
- NBFC
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–7years of inside sales experience within the Indian IT market.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, including:
- Servers
- Networking
- Applications
- Cloud platforms
- Cloud or Infrastructure certifications will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close opportunities through inside sales channels.
