This is an onsite role requiring availability during night shifts (US time zones). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining SAS environments, troubleshooting technical issues, performing installations and upgrades, and ensuring optimal system performance. This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges while providing proactive and reliable support.
